• sweaters & t-shirts will be sent in 2 - 5 workdays
  
  
• made-to-order items are handmade in the Netherlands by Anouk and will be ready to be shipped within two weeks. Please keep in mind the product still has to be made, after you placed to order.  We need some time to sew it :-). If you need it sooner please contact me through Instagram or e-mail so we can discuss the possibilities. Once your item is finished you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.

First of all, I would like to ask you to make a well considered decision while shopping. Please take a look at the the size description before ordering. All sizing and material information are mentioned in the product description. If you are missing any information, have any questions or are in doubt about the right sizing, do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail (info@atelier-laleo.com) or by sending me a message on Instagram (@atelierlaleo). I'm happy to help!

I hope you love your item as much as I loved creating it. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:

• We accept returns within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order. Please send an e-mail when you want to return your item. Then we will inform you about the procedure and return adress.
• Garments must be unused and in the original packaging 
• Returns that are damaged, looks or smell worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
• Return shipping costs are on your own 
• Please make sure to send the packing with a tracking code, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition

Exceptions

• Tailored items can not be returned. If you are not happy with your item or if it does not fit properly, please send an e-mail to info@atelier-laleo.com so I can see what I can do
  
  
• If you decide to send a return without notice, or our approval, you will receive a gift voucher
